Your skins are on EA, not Steam

Apex Legends / EA account
Apex Legends is free, but it still needs an EA account. Your legends, skins, and ranked history follow that EA login, so set it up once and keep it where you can find it.
Step 1
It is free everywhere. Avoid “Apex account” shops — those are stolen or shared logins that get banned.
Step 2
On first launch you are asked to link an EA account. If you play any other EA game, reuse that one.
Step 3
Enable email or authenticator verification in EA account security and keep the backup codes.
Step 4
Apex supports cross-progression between platforms when they link to the same EA account. Confirm each link before you buy anything.
Step 5
Store the EA ID, email, password, linked platforms, and backup codes on one card.

One EA account covers several games. Protect it like the hub it is.
If you run a second account for practice, give it its own card and status so logins never swap.
EA Help will ask for the email, platform IDs, and purchase info. A vault card has them ready.
Buying, selling, or sharing EA accounts breaks EA’s terms and is a common way to lose everything to a chargeback or recovery claim.
LoginScout never sells or generates Apex accounts. It stores credentials for accounts you created.

Create a free vault, then upgrade for a private temp mailbox and burner numbers when the library grows.
